Q&A: Squat Volume

Question: “In order to increase strength in my Olympic lifts how often should I be back and front squatting a week?”

2-3 sessions is enough. Quality over quantity. At least 2 of those days should be really heavy, and a 3rd day could be added that is more for speed reps (or higher reps depending on if you're a CrossFitter or weightlifter).
