What are some solutions to help overcome not hitting squat depth?
Fixing squat depth typically comes down to 3 factors:
- Hip mobility – The lower body simply cannot move through the required range of motion in order to get to proper depth. Here is a great article that addresses this:

- Weakness – when one area of the body is weak (i.e. lacks the ability to stabilize), the body will protect itself by shortening the range of motion in a given movement.
