Q&A: Photo Shoot Prep | Erin Stern

Question: "In your opinion, what’s the best method for tracking your nutrition to lean down for a show or photo shoot?"

I have always been a pen and paper person. If I'm very hungry and getting leaner, I'll add more food. If my progress stalls, I may change my macros. Individual metabolisms vary so much. I feel that writing everything down can help with getting a handle on what works for you. But, I do have friends who use MyFitnessPal, and they like it.
