LA Fit Expo Competition Results

Congratulations to both Jennifer Dietrick and David Douglas for their performance this weekend at the LA Fit Expo!

Jennifer competed in her first jiu jitsu tournament where her match ended in a draw (it was a submission only competition). 

David competed in the USPA Powerlifting Invitational where he lifted a 584.5lb raw bench placing him 1st and moving his rank to #3 in the nation!  

We are very proud of each of our athletes and look forward to seeing what 2013 has in store for them!
