Improving Recovery | Erin Stern

Question: "I’ve been switching up my training a lot and love it, but have been really sore all the time.  Any advice on how to improve recovery?"


Of course! I take BetaTOR 30 minutes before training, and also take HMB daily. This helps my recovery immensely! You can also look into ice baths, massage, and going for walks. All of these can also speed up recovery.
