In Muscular Development's research feature Fundamentals of Building Muscle is a compilation of cutting-edge research to help athletes optimize their health and performance. Of the top 31 top studies referenced number 26 highlighted the ingredient HMB. A published study from 2016 analyzed athletes supplementing with the combination of HMB and PEAK ATP during a 12-week training protocol. The evidence from the study showed that supplementing with this combination led to increases in strength and power as well as prevented performance decreases.
