My family is my motivation and my husband is an amazing CrossFitter, so we enjoy working out together to help push one another. We try to find/use/develop workouts and plans that allow us to both grow according to our goals. With bodybuilding as my background, and CrossFit as my husband's, we try to do a mix of both isolation and compound exercises, and incorporate both metcon (metabolic conditioning) workouts and cardio to build mass, strength, power and speed.
