Continue to myHMB.comThis Saturday is 8 weeks out from my show! I am sitting at 7.5% body fat, which is way ahead of schedule. I have been doing heavy/light workouts for the last 3 weeks. They consist of very fast paced moving from 4-6 reps on 1 exercise to 8-10 reps on the next and then back around. I am doing roughly 16 sets per body part and 2 body parts per day making my workouts last a tough 52 minutes. My diet is going well and consists mainly of eggs , veggies, sweet potatoes, brown rice, nuts ( almonds, cashews, brazil nuts ) and meat ( ostrich, bison, grass fed beef, elk, organic chicken, pollock, tilapia, mahi-mahi, ground turkey ). I am eating roughly 2 lbs of meat per day, plus another 180 grams of protein in supplements. My workouts are 5 days per week and will stay that way unless I stop making progress. I will stay on this workout for another week and then we will switch programs for the next 3 weeks. I have been religiously sticking with HMB throughout this entire process and my recovery time and stamina has stayed very high, even while cutting weight.
