HMB is a product that really took me by surprise. I was expecting gains, but not to the magnitude that it took me. My energy, size, and strength all were floored after consistent consumption. My bench press rose due to my training and also the supporting cast of HMB. I would never recommend something that has all the flash and nothing that stands behind it.
