Boxing can be brutal on your body. From experience I can say my intense training has led to various chronic overtraining issues. About two years ago, I almost stopped boxing and working out as a result of various overtraining problems. I go to the gym everyday with very few days off. My training consists of a variety of boxing, strength and conditioning, and endurance training. During this past year I have had tremendous success with HMB. My ability to recover faster makes me feel re-born! With HMB I have also noticed increased strength and endurance. I only wish I would have tried HMB sooner!
