Details of Jada's training day:

You need: Stairs, some kind of bench, yourself
Takes about 35-45 minutes with minimal rest
Circuit 1-
Perform 4 sets of the following:

  • 20 alternating reverse lunges
  • 20 jump squats + 12 to 15 pushups
  • 20 jumping jacks.
  • Sprint Stairs, up and down

(Note: the stairs you choose should take you NO LESS then 20 seconds to get to the top). Rest 30-45 seconds.
Circuit 2 -
You need: stairs with a platform separating every 8-10 stairs.
Perform the following:

  • Sprint up first flight of steps
  • 10 in and out jump squats
  • Sprint second flight of steps
  • 10 in and out jumps
  • Continue til you’ve reached top of stairs and repeat down the stairs

Circuit 3 -
Find the biggest stairs you can! You also need a bench or low wall.
Perform 4 sets of the following:

  • 12 steps ups on bench
  • 10 squat jumps onto bench
  • Sprint up and down stairs
  • Rest 30 seconds

When all finished don’t forget to STRETCH!
