Being fit is a lifestyle that encompasses both physical and mental aspects of well-being. It's year round. It's about training hard, taking rest when needed, fueling the body, and appreciating strengths. I believe in days off, but I don't believe in an "off season". We should always work to improve our lives in some way. Fit doesn't come in a certain shape or size. It's more about a person setting tangible goals and putting real effort into achieving them.
